PTO Spring Picture Fundraiser money is due Tuesday, April 25th. Pictures are Thursday and students taking pictures can dress out of uniform.
NO late orders will be accepted. Money will need to be sent with the student or brought to the office by 12:00pm Tuesday.
If your child received a summer camp invitation and would like to attend, please make sure to email our reading coach at robertm@chambersk12.org. Please include the following information: Child's name, grade, parent name and number, and transportation method to and from camp. Thank you.

Don't forget to purchase your child's field day shirt by tomorrow, Friday April 7th. Money can be turned in at the office until noon tomorrow or sent with your child first thing in the morning.
This is also a reminder that we are out of school on Monday, April 10th.
Registration is open now for Kindergarten students that will attend for the 2023-2024 school year.
As spring break comes to a close, the CCSD hopes you've had a safe week enjoyed with your family and friends. We plan to reopen all of our schools on Monday, April 3rd for the return of our students and staff. Enjoy your weekend and we will see you Monday.
Important ACAP Information
Spirit Day---This Friday
No School Wednesday, March 1st. This is a teacher professional development day. Students will return on Thursday, March 2nd with a 2 hours delay due to VHS basketball game. Carport will begin at 9:10, and students will be tardy at 9:45.
The Chambers County School District is announcing plans to implement a delayed start for Thursday, March 2, 2023. All schools in the district will have a two hour delay on Thursday morning. The purpose for the delayed start will be to provide everyone across the district the opportunity to support the Valley High School Varsity Boys Basketball Team in their Final Four State Championship Semi-Final appearance. The Class 5A undefeated Valley Rams will make their appearance at the Legacy Arena in the BJCC located in Birmingham on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. The semifinal matchup is the last game on the slate for the day with game time set for 7:30 p.m. CST or 8:30 p.m. EST. The Central Division VHS Champions are paired up against the Scottsboro Wildcats who were the winners of the Northeast Regional in Jacksonville. This is the Rams first return trip to the Final Four since 2001. It is our hope that all of Chambers County will be able to make it out to Birmingham to support one of our teams on Wednesday evening! Please note that breakfast will not be served on Thursday morning.

Please note the following policies and information regarding 2023 State Final Tickets:
· All single tickets are $12.00 with a $1.00 venue fee, plus any additional service fees.
· All single day tickets are for general admission seating as there will be no reserved seating areas within the Legacy Arena for this event.
· All single day tickets are good for all games on the day the ticket is purchased for and used. MAKE SURE YOU SELECT WEDNESDAY, 3/1/23
· There are no “pass out” privileges.
Chambers County School District has approved the calendar for the 2023-2024 School Year. Three drafts were proposed to the District Staff and with 291 votes cast…draft 2 won having 63.6% of the votes. Please see the newly approved calendar below.
